Returns

ApexSaber offers a 30 day return period, which starts from the day of the order delivery. If you are unsatisfied with our product in any way or simply changed your mind you can return it for full refund.

Return Procedure

If you wish to return your product you must reach out to our support team within 30 days of the delivery. Please send an email to support@apexsaber.com with a request to return. Please do not simply mail your order back to us without obtaining an authorization. This will not be accepted.

The returned product needs to be in brand new condition with all the materials and accessories that came with it. We understand that the box may not be in the brand new condition due to transit and that is ok.

Return Fees

We do NOT charge a restocking fee.

ApexSaber will pay for the return shipping on the orders within the US. You will receive an electronic return label from our team when your return is approved.

For items being returned from outside of the US:
The customer is responsible for shipping cost of the item(s) back to our returns location in the US. 

Warranty

Our products are covered by a 1 year limited warranty. The warranty period starts from the order delivery date. If you experience any issues with your saber within 1 year since receiving the order we will repair or replace your saber free of charge.

Limitations

The warranty is provided only to the original customer and proof of purchase is required for warranty coverage.

During the warranty period, ApexSaber will repair or replace our products that are determined to be defective due to materials or workmanship.

Normal wear and tear is expected to occur and is not considered a defect. Blades are expected to get some cosmetic marks during combat. The rechargeable batteries will gradually decrease their capacity and will need replacement in the future. Nicks and dings can happen to the hilts due to rough handling. Dueling damage is not covered under warranty. Normal wear and tear on these items is to be expected and is not a defect. 

However, if you feel these items did not give you the life you expected, please contact us anyway. Your satisfaction is paramount and we will go to great lengths to keep you a happy customer.

Procedure

We strive to make our warranty process as simple as possible. We will try to diagnose and trouble shoot your issue online in order to avoid having you mail the defective product to us. This process may require some communication between you and our support team, but is cheaper and faster than mailing a product over for diagnostics.

In order to start the warranty process, please reach out to us at support@apexsaber.com and provide the following information to expedite the process: 

  1. Your order number
  2. Your name and address
  3. Description of the issue
  4. Video or photo demonstrating the issue

Our support agents will reply to your warranty request within 1 business day and may request additional information to verify or trouble shoot the issue.

Please check your spam folder if you did not receive a response from us in a timely manner. 

If we determine that there is a defect due to materials or craftsmanship ApexSaber will replace or repair your items at no cost to you.

Warranty Shipping

Both the return and replacement shipping is free to the US customers.

Customers that are located Outside the US will be responsible for the return shipping.
The replacement shipping of the product(s) back to the customer is free in any location.

How to initiate a return

Please contact us at support@apexsaber.com with your order number within 15 days since the order delivery and request a return shipping label.

You must contact us BEFORE returning your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Our response with the pre-paid shipping label is the formal return authorization for orders in the US and UK.

ApexSaber will email a prepaid shipping label that you should affix to the original saber box. Make sure the box is tightly closed and secured to avoid any damages during shipping. Please put the return label over the original label to avoid any possible address confusion at the post office. 

 

Refunds

It may take us up to 2 business days since delivery to issue the refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your form of payment it may take 1 - 5 days for the payment to clear, however in most cases it will appear immediately.

The returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition. The return must include all the materials that came with the original shipping including the product, tool, instruction manual and packaging.

Damages and issues upon receipt

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will help you to either exchange or return your item as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

If you changed your mind you can request the order cancelation. We will be able to cancel your order if it did not get shipped out yet. So, if you change your mind we advice you to request a cancelation as quickly as possible. If your order was already shipped you should request a return instead. Once the order gets delivered you can use the return label to ship it back to us and we will process your return within 48hrs since we receive it.
