US Orders

US orders ship from our east coast warehouse. We provide FREE economy shipping on all orders. US bound orders can also be shipping via UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air for additional low fee.
Free shipping orders are will be processed in 1-3 business days. Expedited shipping orders are shipped the same business day when ordered before 2pm EST or the next business days.
Our business days are Mon - Fri.

International Orders

International (Non US bound) orders also ship 100% free regardless of the order amount. These orders are processed with 2-5 business days and get delivered in 7-10 business days after shipping.

* Unfortunately, due to various factors such as regulations and rates we cannot ship to some locations. They include but are not limited too: Some remote areas of Spain (Las Palmas, Santa Cruz de Tenerife), Some areas of Israel, Iceland.


Return Shipping

US Orders

Returning shipping for the US orders is free to you. Once your order is approved our support team will email you the shipping label which you will need to print out and attach to the package. 

Before returning you must obtain approval from our support team at support@apexsaber.com. Read more about our return and refund process at refund policy.

International Orders

International orders are also subject to 30 day returns and refunds, however the return shipping is the customers responsibility.

Tracking your shipment

All our order are shipping with tracking information available. You will receive the tracking number via email and/or SMS when your order ships. In addition to those updates you can also find the tracking information on the order page.
